We look forward to seeing each client and hold a special spot as scheduled. You may cancel up to 2 hours before the start of your appointment. You will be charged the amount of your scheduled service if you cancel within 2 hours of the start of your appointment or do not show up. By entering your credit card information at the time of booking, you agree to our cancellation policy. For group appointments, your card will be charged for anyone in the party who cancels within 2 hours or does not show up. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.
We take great pride in the services we offer and our clients are thrilled with the results. In the rare instance a client is not 100% satisfied with the final outcome, we will make every effort to fix it on the spot in the salon. Therefore, we do not offer refunds on completed services.
