A credit card is required to book online, however, there is no charge at the time of booking. Your credit card simply holds the appointment just for you! By entering your credit card information at the time of booking, you agree to our cancellation policy. Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation text and/or email. Carefully review the confirmation email to ensure your appointment details are correct. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes of booking your appointment, call the salon to confirm.
We look forward to seeing each client and hold a special spot as scheduled. You may cancel up to 2 hours before the start of your appointment. You will be charged the amount of your scheduled service if you cancel within 2 hours of the start of your appointment or do not show up. For group appointments, your card will be charged for anyone in the party who cancels within 2 hours or does not show up. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency.
